Hello there!
I am happy to offer Real-World Tele-Counseling for you out of Bend, Oregon. This year has brought new challenges such as uncertainty, loneliness, and stress. I am a relatable therapist with considerable life experience, plus 20 years of collective occupational background in business sales, public education, and addiction recovery.
We can work together to uncover patterns that may be holding you back. You may enter therapy with anxiety, depression, andor addiction issues. Perhaps family history issues, marriage and relationships, dating, or traumas present ongoing concerns in your life. My therapeutic practice is designed to offer you practical tools to cultivate a deeper sense of personal "aliveness" - experiencing greater peace, energy, freedom, and personal meaning. I find fulfillment in helping my clients merge therapy with their real life goals and challenges. Sometimes having one person that truly "sees" and supports us is all we need to learn to thrive.
