I specialize in working with youth who are struggling with behavior problems at home or school. In addition to this specialty I also enjoy working with people who are struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship problems and spiritual issues. Let's get unstuck. Let's make some progress.

I often get contacted by parents worried about their teenagers. I start by developing trust with the youth and figure out ways to clarify the challenges their family is experiencing. Often the youth and family have very different ideas about what can be done to remedy the issues. I help family sort out options and come up with a plan to reach their goals.

I love seeing people realize that change is possible. Often we become so entrenched in negativity that we begin to doubt that things will ever be different. One of my greatest joys is seeing the confident smiles of people who begin to believe that they can make progress and experience growth.
