I work with clients navigating a wide range of life stages and emotional needs, including anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive challenges (OCD), relationship stress, grief, loss, and significant life transitions. I understand these experiences as shaped by personal history, as well as broader social, cultural, and systemic forces. I am dedicated to building trusting, respectful, and open relationships where clients can feel safe exploring what they are going through and working toward meaningful goals together. My approach is warm and collaborative, and I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches, tailoring care to each client’s needs and preferences so therapy stays responsive and aligned with what matters most to them. Whether integrating cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) tools or mindfulness-based strategies, I focus on building a strong therapeutic relationship as the foundation for meaningful growth and change. Outside of therapy, I enjoy doing puzzles and crosswords, knitting, reading, cooking, and spending time outdoors.
