My Approach to Helping
As a licensed clinical professional counselor, I focus on your individual needs and adapt the treatment to fit you. I offer many evidence-based interventions such as cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectic behavioral therapy, positive psychology, motivational interventions, and guided visualization, to help you achieve your personal wellness goals.
Life can be challenging sometimes and you just need someone to listen and help you work things out. Maybe you're struggling with stress, anxiety, sadness, or find yourself using substances or other distractions to escape. Maybe it's your child or teen who needs help. Perhaps you feel you and your partner, or you and your children just need a neutral party to help you understand and hear each other better.
I understand from my own experience how difficult it is to take that first step and reach out for help. As a mother of four, I understand the challenges that face modern families.
