Therapy can help you lead a creative, more vibrant existence while overcoming challenges. It's easy to become stuck in old thought patterns that no longer work. A caring therapeutic relationship can offer you the courage to lead a fulfilling, meaningful life.

I have spent the past 17 years helping clients work through challenges and navigate a range of issues, freeing them to make better choices. In addition to my clinical work with clients, I am also a teacher and supervisor at various programs throughout the Bay Area, as well as the director of counseling at California College of the Arts. I am sensitive to and aware of my client's unique economic, cultural, and spiritual perspectives. I enjoy work with people of all genders, sexual orientations, religions, ethnicities, races, or cultural backgrounds. I believe there is always more for me to learn.

I help clients with issues such as depression, relationship concerns, creative blocks, anxiety, personality disorders, life transitions, loss and grief, trauma, abuse, career issues, and sexuality difficulties. Many of my parents also use therapy to enhance their personal, creative, or spiritual growth.
