With over 20 years of experience, I often see clients who have not progressed with other therapists or have been referred to me by previous clients who have benefitted from my services. For convenience I offer DAYTIME, EVENING AND WEEKEND APPOINTMENTS. So if you need a nurturing and non-judgmental place to express yourself as you work toward lasting solutions, my team and I are here to help. Together we'll identify more effective ways to manage your emotions, think more productively, and act more effectively. I'm open and accepting of all beliefs and life experiences. I provide a welcoming and calming environment where anything you discuss will be met with kindness and understanding as we work together toward effective solutions to reduce your stress and bring life back into balance.
Pain in life is inevitable, but suffering is optional. Using cognitive behavioral, educational and solution-focused (research based) approaches, I've helped adolescents, adults, couples and families achieve positive results from depression, anxiety, trauma, difficult relationships or tough situations for a more meaningful and satisfying life.
Whether you've been in therapy before or it's your first time, it may feel overwhelming. Please contact my office with any questions or to set-up a consultation appointment. For additional information you may also visit my website at , online 24 hr. per day scheduling is also available. I would love to meet you and explore what's working or not working, answer questions and provide easy and effective ways to reduce stress, find inner peace and bring life back into balance.
