Therapy can be a good fit for those struggling with a difficult life circumstance, adjusting to a new phase of life, dealing with hard moods, healing from past hurt, or hoping to take an active step in growth and personal wellness. I look to create an accepting and safe environment for you to explore yourself and your situation in an open, honest, and genuine way. Together, we can work on issues related to anxiety, depression, ending of or stress in a relationship including divorce, developmental and life adjustments, identity concerns, self-worth and self-esteem, past trauma, and sometimes just wondering who you are and where your life is going.

While change is hard, personal growth can lead to feeling fulfilled and peaceful in your life. I combine different approaches of therapy, keeping your individuality in mind first and foremost as we work together. I believe that I can help you find or rediscover your strengths, and improve your relationship with yourself, to help support you to live the life you want to live.

On the Fence About Going to Therapy?

This is so normal! I've been hesitant myself to engage in therapy, as it is big personal commitment. I believe, just like anything else in life, the more you put in, the more you get out. By investing in yourself and taking the big step to coming to therapy, I truly believe you will be grateful that you did - it can really help! Being nervous is normal, and wondering if it is the right thing for you is also a big question. If you would like to ask questions and talk more about whether therapy may be right for you, please don't hesitate to call me for a free phone consultation at 843-284-6910. I won't judge you for what you are going through, and no question is too big or too small. I will answer questions and then allow you to make your own choice if beginning this process is right for you.
