Masters in Counselling from the City University of Seattle. Training in Compassion Cultivation, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Strengths based and Narrative Therapy. Worked with the LGBTQ community. Practice welcomes persons from all gender/relational identities.

I offer a no cost, no obligation 30 minute consultation in which we can discuss your concerns and goals. If I am not a match for you, I will recommend another counsellor for you who may be a more suitable fit. You deserve support that works for you.

Registered Clinical Counselling services are covered by most extended medical plans so you may be eligible to obtain counselling at no cost to you. I also offer a student rate to those who are still in University or Grad school. Finally, a sliding scale option is negotiable for those who are facing financial obstacles.
