More Info About My Practice

I have been fortunate in being able to assist folks who are seeking Individual therapy and/or Couples therapy for a wide range of concerns.

Young adults will come to therapy because they want healthier relationships or clarity about their career path.

Men and women will seek someone to talk to when going through a life change. There might be ambivalence about getting married or having a baby. Anxiety and depression can creep in when reaching midlife or dealing with health concerns.

Couples will seek to learn new ways of communication so they can feel closer when a conflict arises through feeling listened to, respected and validated.

Life changes and loss bring many people into therapy as so often it can cause one to feel lost, depressed and not quite sure if what they are feeling is typical.

What I Love about Being a Psychotherapist

The joy for me in being a therapist is experiencing with you, your 'aha" moments, creating a safe and comforting environment that allows you to explore and share your deepest concerns and gain insights that allow you to enjoy and feel more in control of your life and your decisions.
