Greetings, my name is Roberta Perno, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Colorado. My primary approach to counseling includes assessing and identifying each client's unique experience and providing interventions specific to each client. In addition, my focus in counseling includes, but is not limited to, depression, anxiety, anger, trauma, grief, parenting, women's and men's issues, coaching, and self-care. I can build rapport quickly by providing a safe, encouraging, and trusting environment. It is very important that clients feel heard, understood, and respected in our sessions. In addition, I have a personable style that often puts clients at ease and comfort early on in the process.
