Welcome, I'm Karen. Armed as a licensed clinical social worker, it is my honor to offer safety, support and understanding as you bravely step into the exploration of a richer, more fulfilling life. I practice primarily Internal Family Systems to address life challenges with trauma, anxiety, depression and grief. My primary focus is to provide a safe place where individuals are free to share openly about their struggles. My office is a judgement free zone where all emotions and thoughts are welcome.
