I help people who suffer from anxiety disorders and OCD by using Exposure Therapy, a type of cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT). I use this powerful method because of the very strong evidence from research studies that it works to help people reduce their anxiety, eliminate problematic anxious behaviors, and re-engage in normal, healthy activities.
