My Approach to Helping
I am an objective, careful listener who responds with insight and intuition. I consider it a privilege that clients share their lives with me, and I honor the trust placed in me. People enter therapy for different reasons; I draw upon techniques/philosophies which are best suited to meet individual needs.
My Therapy Focus
Many people struggle with the decision to seek help from a therapist. Seeking help is an act of hope and often, finding the right therapist means finding new hope that situations can change and that problems can be solved. I believe that change is possible for anyone, and that it is readily achievable in the context of a warm, non-judgmental therapeutic relationship with clear treatment goals.
