Without a healthy dialogue with the soul through dream analysis, contemplation, and exploration of your relationships and other life events, therapy becomes a paint-by-number affair rather than the unique, individualized journey it is meant to be. In fact, being disconnected from the values and wisdom of your core self gives rise to most of the emotional and psychological problems you will encounter in life.
