My Approach to Helping
I am a therapist who serves individuals, couples, and families. I am honored by the opportunity to collaborate with people as they work to overcome life's challenges. My goal for therapy is to work myself out of a job, by helping my clients increase their ability to manage relationships and other life stressors.

I believe that there is hope for every person to grow toward health and wholeness. At different times, obstacles arise that are difficult for people to navigate. As a therapist, I build upon the client's strengths as we collaboratively identify obstacles and work together to navigate these obstacles.

I use a relational approach to therapy by evaluating and working with clients within their contexts (i.e. family, community, employment, military). I integrate a variety of therapeutic styles and interventions, which I choose based on the specific needs of the clients I am working with.
