What's My Approach to Therapy?

Do you often feel sad or stressed? Are issues from your past negatively affecting your daily life? Do you know a child who has been through a traumatic event(s) and is having trouble functioning as a result? My non-judgemental and caring approach to therapy makes even the most anxious person feel comfortable. After meeting with me, you or your family member will be able to identify triggers to negative feelings/behaviors and will have developed positive coping skills in order to feel happy and enjoy a fulfilling life. Because I believe all people are unique and different, I strive to be creative in making therapy a fun and safe environment for each individual.
