I like to help people who are feeling stuck so they can get moving forward again, whether it is in relationships, with friends and family, at work, or with yourself. I look closely at patterns of behavior as well as your thoughts and feelings so I can help you gain a clearer understanding of what works and what does not work for you. This way you can begin moving forward again in a way that fits you.
