We will work together to create a plan to help you move forward so you can get your life back. I will work with you to develop tools that will help you now while we also explore the underlying causes that are leading to you being stuck in the first place. Many people say they start to feel better after the first session.

I have over 20 years of experience forming connections with and helping people. I see positive outcomes on a daily basis. I am licensed in Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Iowa and available for telehealth sessions usually within one to two weeks. I accept most insurance, and offer a sliding fee.
