What's My Approach to Therapy?
People often decide to meet with a therapist when they have situations in their lives that they cannot seem to work through on their own. Many of them have tried talking to friends or relatives, but still feel stuck. I work with clients who feel stuck because of anxiety, depression, and trauma. We will work together to create a plan to help you move forward so you can get your life back. I will work with you to develop tools that will help you now while we also explore the underlying causes that are leading to you being stuck in the first place. Many people say they start to feel better after the first session.
