My Approach to Helping
I am currently accepting new patients for ADHD Neuropsychological testing. Think you have ADHD? No problem! I offer ADHD Objective Testing that can be used to guide ADHD diagnosis for patients. The testing can also be done at the office and via telehealth. I also offer adult autism assessment and DBT-informed therapy. I offer a custom approach for each client! I start with understanding where you are now and your challenges. I help you put a plan in place to help you move forward, and we celebrate your successes along the way. I offer an inclusive, safe space with visits to suit your schedule. My approach is both multi-model and person-centered focusing on providing empathy-informed care. I take the bottom-up approach when addressing client concerns. My models include CBT, ACT, DBT, Cognitive processing therapy, and Prolonged exposure therapy.
I can assess, diagnose, and treat the following conditions such as anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, PTSD, ADHD, and adult autism.
