My goal is to collaborate with you to help you find the peace and joy in life that you deserve. My style is empathic, interactive, supportive, and collaborative and varies in response to your needs and preferences. My approach is holistic and honors the oneness of mind, body and spirit. Our work together is solution focused.I have expertise in treating self esteem issues, relationship difficulties, depression, anxiety and behavioral problems. I have a wonderfully diverse practice that includes children, adolescents and adults.
