My Approach to Helping
Feeling the Winter Blues? Trouble Sleeping? Arguing with your significant other? I can help you overcome any challenges you may be facing. My approach to therapy is one that is gentle, safe, healing and motivating, and my clients report they feel supported and respected as we work together to heal wounds, solve problems, identify new possibilities and improve overall life satisfaction and happiness.

I am open-minded, empathic and non-judgmental. I believe in a strong therapeutic relationship and encourage my clients to take an active role in therapy. Collaboration and active participation throughout therapy leads to greater self-awareness and motivation for change.

I concentrate on working in the present and attend to the various issues that you want to change. I believe in nurturing the positive attributes in both children and adults to achieve one's highest potential.
