My Approach to Helping
I work from the perspective of support and encouragement to move toward change. I work in a collaborative way with individuals, couples, and families.

More Info About My Practice
I have worked with couples at various stages of marriage, from pre-marriage education to those married for more than 25 years. I also work with families with children of all ages that are going through a variety of transitions.

Specific Issue(s) I'm Skilled at Helping With

Sometimes couples feel stuck trying to make their lives fit into a idea of marriage that no longer works for the realities of their life together. I work with couples to help them create a life giving marriage that both spouses value and find enjoyment in.

What I Love about Being a Psychotherapist

I think what makes me passionate about my work is that I get to help people. I love working with individuals as they begin to see their lives or problems in new ways and they discover that they have the strengths and insight to solve whatever issues they face. In working with either, couples or individuals, observing transformations of this nature is, for me, a humbling and deeply fulfilling experience.
