My Approach to Helping
You’re feeling disconnected, and there’s a sense of loneliness within yourself and perhaps with others around you. You’re feeling lost and stuck, immobilized by fear and anxiety. There is no single therapy style or approach that fits every client, and I like to draw on a variety of modalities to fit everyone's unique needs. I am a master's-level therapist trained in eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), and I specialize in trauma recovery, depression, anxiety, grief work, and eating condition recovery.
