My Approach to Helping
You may be feeling a bit nervous about selecting a therapist. That's understandable. You're possibly wondering what you should look for in a therapist and what to expect. If you have some experience with therapy, you might be looking for someone who would be a "good fit" for your current needs. Our first meeting allows me to learn a bit about you and what you want to achieve. I'll be able to share some initial thoughts about how we might work together, and perhaps make some recommendations. I'll also encourage you to reflect on how comfortable you feel with me and my approach. As an experienced therapist with over 25 years in practice, I believe you'll find me to be genuine and caring, knowledgeable and direct.
