What's My Approach to Therapy?

In our work together, you’ll experience a mix of evidence-based therapies like cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and solution-focused strategies—combined with holistic mind-body work and coaching when appropriate. I help you reconnect with your strengths, shift unhelpful patterns, and build emotional resilience so you can move out of survival mode and into a life that feels balanced, confident, and purpose-driven. My approach is collaborative, encouraging, and tailored to meet you exactly where you are. You don’t have to figure it all out alone.
