My Approach to Helping

I believe everyone has unique goals and is capable of change and developing their best self. Developed over years of experience in both private practice and non-profit institutions, I employ an eclectic mix of approaches including humanistic, cognitive behavioral and coaching. I encourage clients to consider their strengths, take an active role in psychotherapy and practice positive change in their lives. Further, I maintain a holistic model which takes into consideration how physical health, including food and exercise, play a factor in our mental health. All combined with my commitment, compassion and sense of humor, provide for an effective therapeutic process.

More Info About My Practice

Choosing the right therapist is essential. Not only are training and educational experience important to consider, but so too are the clinician's personal qualities. Therapy works best when people feel safe, cared for, and understood. I recommend that you give me a call, so that you can learn more about me, the practice, and how I might assist you.I look forward to hearing from you.
