My Approach to Helping

Experiencing anxiety can be a very scary thing. Many people feel stress or panic but are not sure how to manage it. What people may be surprised to learn is that anxiety is one of the major health concerns in the U.S. and there is help for anxiety and stress.
Have you ever tried to carry something heavy by pulling it behind you but found it is actually easier to carry the load in you arms? Counseling is like this. Right now you may be feeling a great weight but by experiencing new ways to problem solve or the like, you can regain your usual life back and carry whatever life tosses your way.
I am a counselor who helps people with anxiety, panic, depression, shyness, and stress. I enjoy rolling up my sleeves with you as we look at your difficulties with compassion and a sense of humor. I am committed to whatever process unfolds for you and look forward to the opportunity to work with you.
