My Approach to Therapy
I am a Colorado Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a Licensed Addictions Counselor (ACD). I have 28 years of experience helping people in their journeys through addiction, trauma, and/or general mental health needs. I specialize in EMDR and CBT. I am an Army vet and understand the difficulties the military can present.
I am a cognitive behavioralist and I believe in holding clients accountable for their choices and encouraging them to work to accomplish their goals.
