Rachael Goodworth, Licensed Clinical Social Worker

My name is Rachael Goodworth and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based outside the Denver, Colorado metro area and working with clients state-wide via telehealth. The population I serve is children to young adults and I specialize in trauma informed care and trauma recovery through Eye movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Internal Family Systems (IFS) primarily as well as usage of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). These approaches work to facilitate the processing of trauma leading to healing and greater awareness over the past and present so to look forward to the future. My communication style is open, welcoming and accommodative. My goal is for every client I come in contact with to feel heard and valued.
