My therapy style is eclectic, warm, intuitive and interactive. I am also very honest and will respectfully challenge you to grow. My goal is to provide care intermittently throughout the lifespan, not constantly throughout the lifespan. I believe that we all inherently know what’s good for us and how to solve our own challenges, we just need help recognizing, practicing and implementing those behaviors. For those interested, I can also integrate spiritual knowledge and practices into your therapy as well. Sessions will utilize education, dialogue & skills building. We will strive to close each session with a mutually agreed upon homework assignment to work on until the next session.
