My Approach to Therapy

Your nervous system learned how to survive, now let's help it learn how to rest again. You might be here because you feel overwhelmed, stuck in old patterns, or exhausted from carrying more than you can hold alone. Whether youre navigating pregnancy or postpartum challenges, military or first responder stress, or trauma recovery, Im here to walk with you without judgment, and with genuine empathy. I consider myself a tough love therapist: compassionate and kind, but Im going to hold you accountable and be straightforward with you. Therapy can be uncomfortable, but that is where growth happens. I will always meet you where you are, but my job is to challenge you while supporting you in reaching your goals. My approach is to create a safe, compassionate space where you feel seen and understood. I tailor therapy to your unique experiences, drawing from eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), cognitive processing therapy (CPT), attachment-based work, and mindfulness practices to help calm your nervous system and integrate healing into your daily life.

My Practice & Services

I am a telehealth-only practice, licensed to see clients in Florida, Colorado, & Washington. Therapy is an intimate space! As we work together, my goal is to get to know you. I value genuine connections with my clients, and I bring forth authenticity as I support you through your journey. Therapy with me is collaborative. You are the expert in yourself, and I bring my education and training to serve you.
