My Approach to Helping
Most likely you have been through a lot; or maybe what is going on now is so overwhelming to you have no idea where to start to pick up the pieces. There is no problem too big or small that can not be addressed in counseling. My desire for you; as we build our relationship is to help you find the person you are meant to be;and to equip you with skills that will help you address any future challenges. As both a dietitian and therapist I look at a person as a whole top to bottom and how lifestyle changes can improve both your mental and physical health.

How My Own Struggles Made Me a Better Therapist
Struggles; we all have them from time to time and I have had my share. Are you suprised that a therpaist would have struggles? We are all human and learning to address a variety of situations has increased my ability to understand and appreciate your struggles and challenges no matter what they may be. So dealing with the storms that life brings has enabled me to give you the hope, care and skills to keep you on the path to a better you.
