My style of therapy is unique with its focus on those who want to transform their lives and live empowered in their light. In my years of experience I have helped clients manage stress, overcome anxiety and depression, and heal wounds from trauma. I also provide support for experiences of grief, life-threatening illness, and distressed relationships. I offer a warm and compassionate space for deep exploration.

I most often practice with Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to help you connect your heart, mind, body, and spirit as you explore and learn to nurture yourself. My aim is to listen without judgment to help you make meaning of your life. I will reflect thoughtfully to help you creatively overcome your complex challenges. I will encourage you to stay consistent so that your experience is transformative as you honor your forward into the life you dream of.
