I integrate a range of therapeutic modalities, including emotionally focused therapy (EFT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), relational life therapy (RLT), The Gottman Method, and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), tailoring my approach to each client’s unique needs. Additionally, I offer brainspotting, a highly effective method for processing traumatic memories and alleviating emotional distress.
