What's My Approach to Therapy?
I feel the most important approach to therapy is paying attention to the mind-body connection. I pride myself on seeing the person as a whole instead of different parts or as a diagnosis. Everybody is different, and everybody needs a good, thorough assessment not only to understand the problem, but to see all of the aspects of the person that the problem is affecting. I also find it very important to stay on top of new therapy approaches andor research.
