My Approach to Helping
I am passionate about counseling and consider it a privilege to help clients, heal, grow, and achieve their own unique sense of optimal wellbeing. Within a warm, caring, safe, and non-judgmental environment, clients may find the freedom, support, and empowerment to accomplish their goals for healing and wellness and effect meaningful and purposeful living. In my practice, I also utilize an integrative approach to therapy, inclusive of Person-Centered Therapy, CBT, Gestalt, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness, Play Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, and Choice therapy approaches.
In my spare time, I thoroughly enjoy spending quality time and gaining new experiences with my family and friends. I also love reading, writing, playing board games, running, traveling, and going to the beach.
