My hope is our work will help you feel more at peace with yourself, find joy in the everyday moments, and develop the inner trust to navigate lifes highs, lows, and everything in between. I primarily work with adults and have a specialized focus in anxiety, overwhelm, life transitions, adult ADHD, trauma, and serving the LGBTQIA+ community. I also believe that advocacy is an essential part of mental health treatment. I also work through a systemic lens and wholeheartedly embrace a body acceptance, body neutrality and Health at Every Size approach.
