My Approach to Therapy
You're not here because things are easy.
Maybe you've been carrying something for a long time—grief that hasn't fully moved, emotional pain that still catches in your chest, or a quiet sense of being "too much" or "not enough," depending on the day. You may have tried to think your way through it, talk it out, or push it down—but your body still remembers.
I'm Laurel, and I work with people like you—deep feelers, survivors, and those who have spent years holding it together on the outside while feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or numb inside.
In our work together, we’ll slow things down and begin to reconnect with your body, your breath, and your internal experience.
My approach is intuitive, somatic, and relational. I integrate body-based practices with trauma-informed and person-centered therapy, supporting you in understanding not just what you've been through, but how it lives in your body and relationships—and how it can begin to shift, gently and at your pace.
I bring compassion, curiosity, and presence to our work. Together, we create space for deeper awareness, emotional processing, and a more grounded connection to yourself—mind, body, and inner experience.
If you’re navigating grief, trauma, relationship challenges, or depression—and are looking for something deeper than traditional talk therapy—I invite you to contact me.
Together, we’ll explore patterns and reconnect with your inner experience. Sessions are $200 (53 minutes) or $250 (90 minutes). Therapy offers space for reflection, insight, and integration—often bringing greater clarity and ease.
