My Approach to Helping
Are you overwhelmed, stressed out, or do you feel anxious throughout the day or evening? Some people feel anxiety when they are alone, while others are most anxious around other people. Perhaps you feel the strain in your relationships with loved ones. Are you unsure of how to connect with your teen or with your partner? Are you hoping to improve your relationships? Learning to manage anxiety can help you face your days with more confidence and more calm. If you want help learning how to manage your stress, counseling can help. I love helping adults, couples, and teens to reconnect with themselves and their loved ones with more ease and calm.
If you or your teen are tired of worrying, or if your relationship could benefit from some support during times of stress, I understand those needs and I am committed to respectfully helping you to grow and to create practical lasting life changes.
