My Approach to Helping

You will get the benefit of my years of advanced training in CBT, Harm Reduction, Solution-focused Therapy and Prolonged Exposure, combined with a warm, collaborative, goal-oriented approach.
My approach is supportive, encouraging and value-based. I take the time to help you make sense of your feelings and figure out what direction is right for you. We will work to build the skills needed to achieve the goals that are important to you.
