My Approach to Therapy

Counseling is a sacred partnership that can help you approach life's difficulties in a healthy, meaningful way that promotes change and movement in a positive way. Together, we will work through these struggles so that you can move past old behaviors and patterns that no longer serve you, leaving space for the amazing life you deserve to enjoy. We will find what works best for you in counseling to get you out of that box of things that make you feel stuck. Offerings: Sandtray Therapy Synergetic Play Therapy Art as expression and Psychodramatic techniques Talk Therapy Faith-based, and I absolutely honor, respect, and love working with individuals of all races, ethnicities, and beliefs. What is holding you back? Substances?Relationships? Panic? Out of control emotions and fear? When these things keep you from living life on your own terms, it's the best time to call for help.

My Role as a Therapist

I come to the counseling room to help you through the things that make you feel stuck, unsafe, unrested, and unsure. I am an agent of change...and you get to enjoy that change and see the potential you have as you work through these difficulties. Call my today - I want to help you find your hope and healing.

Why Going to Therapy Does Not Mean You are Weak or Flawed

I view therapy as a means of growth and movement. Helen Keller taught us that the only way to get to the other side is to go through the door; therapy is a lot like that. That moment in your life when it's all enough - or not enough - but the realization that things must change, I believe it is a sign of strength and determination. We often ask for help with many things in life - moving furniture or having someone do our taxes....therapy is in many ways, asking someone to help move that inner clutter out of your way to clear up room for the good stuff. That makes us strong, clear, and much happier and hopeful. Therapy can help you embrace your joy!
