As a collaborative counseling professional my belief is that anyone seeking counseling should be treated with respect, dignity, and genuine care while highlighting strengths. My goal is for you to gain skills and empower choices that improve your wellbeing, relationships, and to overcome challenges.
My name is Sheila Woods, I have been in the counseling field for 10 years. I am board certified with the National Board for Certified Counselor (NCC), BA in Psychology, and MA in Community Counseling. I also have extensive training in individual and family counseling.
