My Approach to Helping

When we work together, I bring a unique perspective and a deep passion for helping
you process, cope with, and recover from trauma and attachment challenges. I use a
range of evidence-based practices tailored to your needs, whether we're working one-
on-one, in a group, or with your family. My trauma-informed approach includes client-
centered techniques like CBT, TF-CBT, MI, DBT, and mindfulness.

I specialize in supporting those dealing with trauma, PTSD, bereavement, parental
issues, anxiety, and depression. My care is empathic and holistic, rooted in the belief
that healing and change come from an empowering and collaborative process.

My goal is to help you improve your quality of life by guiding you to gain new insights,
heal old wounds, and discover the strengths and resources within you. I offer a space
that is LGBTQ+ and gender-affirming, conscious of neurodivergence and disabilities,
and deeply respectful of your cultural background and personal relationship with it.
