We provide psychotherapy, psychological and psycho-educational testing and evaluations, and ADHD Coaching. Consistent with our goal of meeting your where you are we provide in person and online psychotherapy and coaching through a secure telehealth platform. Seeking help for emotional concerns can be a challenge, we try to make it as convenient as possible whether in our cozy office or from the comfort of your home. My Therapy Focus

I enjoy working with women and girls of color ages 13 and above struggling with mood disorders, relationship issues, depression, life, transitions, anxiety, work-career concerns, self-care, and ADHD, as well as professionals struggling to achieve a well rounded life. I also enjoy coaching with entrepreneurial spirited women who have or, are interested in starting their own small business.
