We provide solution-focused therapy in a supportive environment to help move you beyond limiting barriers to a more fulfilling and enjoyable life.
We provide psychotherapy, psychological and psycho-educational testing and evaluations, and ADHD Coaching. Consistent with our goal of meeting your where you are we provide in person and online psychotherapy and coaching through a secure telehealth platform. Seeking help for emotional concerns can be a challenge, we try to make it as convenient as possible whether in our cozy office or from the comfort of your home. So call our office to speak with a live person about our services and to schedule an appointment.

Women Go Getters - A Support Group for Professional WOC Women
This group will provide an opportunity to support and receive support from like minded women with similar interests and concerns, as well as provide an opportunity to share suggestions, ideas, and feedback to contribute to healing and wholeness. An initial consultation is required for participation.
This group will meet biweekly on Saturday mornings from 9:00 am to 10:30 pm. As this will be a support group and not a psychotherapy group, a behavioral health diagnosis is not required, and insurance is not accepted.

Women With ADHD
A psychotherapy group for adult women struggling to achieve and maintain successful careers, healthy life styles and happy relationships while managing the challenging symptoms of ADHD.
The group will meet monthly. As this will be a psychotherapy group, private insurance will be accepted,

My Therapy Focus

I enjoy working with women and girls of color ages 13 and above struggling with mood disorders, relationship issues, depression, life, transitions, anxiety, work-career concerns, self-care, and ADHD, as well as professionals struggling to achieve a well rounded life. I also enjoy coaching with entrepreneurial spirited women who have or, are interested in starting their own small business.
