My Approach to Helping
One of my greatest passions is supporting and empowering women. I have experience working alongside women who are struggling with anxiety, depression, traumatic stress, relationship challenges, and grief. I also specialize in helping women who are chronically ill or disabled. Some of my subspecialties include health anxiety, medical trauma, and self-advocacy.
I view mental health through a holistic lens that includes body, mind, and spirit. Working from a holistic perspective allows me to consider the multitude of different factors impacting my clients. There is no one-size-fits-all approach to healing, so I integrate various modalities and tailor my approach to each client’s unique needs.
