My Approach to Helping
Do you ever feel like you’re more focused on what your life is supposed to look like than how you feel living it? If so, you’re not alone. Many of us have been told how our lives “should” look since childhood. These expectations can sometimes be unrealistic, shame-inducing, and disconnecting.
While working through seasons of anxiety, depression, traumatic stress, and grief, I empower clients to make changes that lead them closer to their truest selves. I strive to create a therapeutic space that is accepting, candid, and liberating. I would be honored to support you as you discover what you need to live a life that feels true to you.
