My Approach to Helping
*Accepting New Clients* Do you feel like your emotions take over control of your decisions and communicating with others? Does it feel as if you cannot get your life on track, while those around you seem to have it all together. Thoughts are racing around and you can't seem to stop them. You have difficulty focusing or engaging in activities. Some days you have to stop caring just to go on with life. You are tired of people asking you "Why are you acting like that?" There is hope and I'm here to help you find it. You'll learn to understand your emotions and implement coping strategies to make real, lasting changes in your life so things can feel just a little bit easier. You'll have the opportunity to learn mindfulness skills which you can use in daily life to address concerns including: depression, anxiety and sleep.
