My Approach to Helping
Do things feel like they are always your fault, like something is wrong with you--you are flawed, broken, and it seems things will never be good for you in life. Emotions are stronger for you than other people and you can't seem to get what you want or make anyone happy no matter how hard you try. Some days you have to stop caring just to go on with life. You are tired of people asking you "Why are you acting like that?" Be different, act different, feel different--if only it were that easy!
There is hope. I'm here to help you find it, because facing this alone is exhausting. You'll learn to understand your emotions and implement coping skill strategies to make real, lasting changes in your life. Things can feel just a little bit easier. You can be happy, content and have the life you want.
