My Approach to Helping

I’m so glad you’re here and thinking about coming to therapy! Right now, I have a wait list for new clients. I see adolescents and adults, and I specialize in working with teens and young adults. I have a lot of experience working with folks who are experiencing anxiety, self-harm, problems with eatingbody image, identity exploration, and familyrelationship concerns. I identify as queer, and I work from a harm reduction, trans-allied, feminist, fat acceptanceHAES lens.

In sessions with me, you can expect: a non-judgmental, comfy, respectful space to talk, to be heard and listened to as the expert on your life, humor, and snacks. Always snacks. My relationship with you is the most important thing to me. Beyond that, I use different modalities in therapy to fit your specific needs. I also have training in Brainspotting.

I have a deep love for music, word puzzles, spicy food, and Oreos. In my free time, I read, listen to music, watch too many shows, hang out with my person and my kid, cook, and play with my aggressively friendly dog. Please don't hesitate to reach out with any questions. Thank you so much for reading!
