My Approach to Helping
My approach is rooted in Depth & Integrative psychology approaches to mental health and wellness such as philosophy, Logo therapy, Existential, Spiritual, Jungian, Mindfulness, Psychodynamic, and Multicultural psychology as well as others; and offers tools to address the whole you as you are: a sovereign human being.
It is no mystery that we experience anxiety, depression, worry, feel stuck, struggle with relationships, and are burdened by life. Maybe you struggle with decision making and doing what is best for you. Perhaps you find it hard to know whether you're actually happy or not in life, and just keep living life like there are no problems which perpetuates your unease and sense of distress. Maybe you feel overwhelmed by negative emotions, and that hinders your ability to be honest with yourself and the people in your life or appropriately express your needs.
I believe that deep down, individuals know best how to rejuvenate life for themselves and I want to help you rediscover that inner power. I want to help you reconnect with yourself so that you may act in harmony with your own best interest.
Ultimately, negative emotions are a sign that you care about your existence; and I will help you discover what that means for you in the context of your life and specific set of challenges.
I have a profound respect for the human condition and I want to help all of us take back our psyches, that we may truly honor the state of becoming each of us is in, and build better lives for ourselves, families, communities, and the world.
