My Approach to Helping
You want to feel confident, but deep down inside you are struggling to calm the negative self-talk. You may be fed up with the constant overthinking, feeling like you are not good enough or that you can’t let things go. You might not even remember a time things didn’t feel this way. But one thing is for sure: you’re ready for some relief. You’re ready to understand why this is happening. You’re ready to feel secure and satisfied with your life. Most of all, you’re ready to feel confident and proud of yourself.
Clients come to me looking for a therapist who can understand what they are going through, but also challenge them because therapy should be a place where you feel like you can be your true self and learn skills to make improvements. Sessions with me are down to earth. Together, we learn skills and improve self-esteem. And we always go at your pace.
As an experienced women’s and student's therapist, I believe that Women are under an unbelievable amount of pressure, and yet we can still create the lives we envisioned for ourselves.
