All breakthroughs happen with a change in belief. The first part of that change is releasing the old self-limiting beliefs that are keeping you locked in your pain and blocking you from the happiness that you seek. Together, we will help you to break the chains of thought patterns like “I am not good enough” or “I don’t deserve to be loved.” Like a plane that breaks through the clouds and into the sunlight, you will no longer feel the tightness in your body that the anxiety has been causing, or the heaviness in your body from the sadness that drains your energy.

Your thoughts, feelings, and emotions are real. They don’t deserve to be judged by anyone else, even yourself. Fear, worry, anxiety, sadness, and not feeling loved or worthy of love can impact us in a major way. This can affect all aspects of our lives, including our mind and body.

We will work collaboratively to identify the root cause of these old beliefs which have created this pain-filled cycle and remove them from your mind and body once and for all. You will leave each counseling session feeling empowered to step off of the emotional roller coaster that life feels like right now and step into a life of peace and happiness.

Importance of the Client-Therapist Alliance

Our time together is about you. You deserve to be seen and heard. When we are in session together my soul focus is on being present with you. I am actively listening with compassion and free of judgement. This helps to create a safe space for you. It also allows us to connect on a deeper level as human beings. In my humble opinion, this human bond and trust is the most important aspect of therapy.
