More Info About My Practice

Over the past 25 years I have successfully treated adults, children, adolescents, and families for distressing problems such as anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD (post-traumatic stress disorder), interpersonal/relationship issues, family struggles, ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder), OCD (obsessive compulsive disorder).

My View on the Purpose of Psychotherapy

Effective psychotherapy starts with an understanding your symptoms so you can learn skills to overcome them.
